CrossFit is: “constantly varied, high-intensity functional movement.” CrossFit is a combination of strength training, Olympic weightlifting, and gymnastics.
Absolutely not! CrossFit can be done at ANY fitness level. All workouts can be scaled and individualized for your fitness level. Our knowledgeable coaches will be able to help you get in a workout that you are capable of!
No! CrossFit is for ANY age. Older athletes should be participating in strength training programs in order to help them build muscle mass and to increase coordination and agility. Younger athletes should be working on building a foundation to move properly!
Classes are one hour long and are lead by a certified coach. The coach will explain the workout for the day and will lead the class through a warm up. After the warm up the coach will lead classes through the workout and help correct form and modify when needed.
Absolutely not! Workouts can be modified for your fitness level and abilities! All you need to do is let the coach know and they will be able to adjust the workouts/movements.
You should bring a water bottle, athletic shoes, clothes you are comfortable working out in, and an open mind.
Please park on the south side of the lot, if all spaces are full, please park on the street.
You will need to sign a waiver before starting. You can email us at crossfittrajectory@gmail.com to receive the waiver beforehand.
