At CrossFit Trajectory we strive to help individuals reach their goal. What are you doing today to improve your trajectory in all aspects of your life? Trajectory is a word that can describe the physical movement of a person, place or thing (i.e., a barbell or weight) through space. The word can also be used to describe a plan or path an individual takes throughout an individual workout (e.g., pacing a WOD). Although promoting good physical movement patterns and training members to understand their physical capabilities will be a strong focus for management and coaches, the word trajectory means more than that to us. Trajectory can be used to describe the path of one’s life, relationships, and fitness goals.
Although everyday does not go as planned and life has many ups and downs, it is important to focus and ensure that the overall trajectory is in the right direction, upward. It is important that members set goals for their health and fitness journey and use these goals to guide their way. The management and coaches at CrossFit Trajectory and its community will help each individual stay on track to hit their mark and focus on the upward trajectory.
